I made bread. I haven't made bread in almost two months and it shows. I think it had something to do with humidity and how hot it was in the kitchen. It's on a rack cooling. Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry would be disappointed in me...I tried a soda bread recipe and it did not turn out... it was over mixed and under baked I think.
