These gluten-free breadsticks are reminiscent of Olive Garden's famous breadsticks but made without gluten. They are soft, flavorful, and perfect for dipping into your favorite sauces.
Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum. 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup melted butter.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 400F 200C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Use a whisk to mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and xanthan gum together in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients together with the Greek yogurt and olive oil until a dough forms. Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces, and then roll out each piece into the shape of a breadstick. Put the breadsticks on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Put minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Spread the melted butter on top of the breadsticks and then sprinkle them with the Parmesan mix. After the oven is hot, bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and done. Enjoy while still warm!
