Ingredients: 200g noodles. 3 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tbsp rice vinegar. 1 tbsp maple syrup. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 1 tbsp sesame seeds. 1 green onion, thinly sliced.
Instructions: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onion on top before serving.
