Breadwinners Sad Headcanon

I know SwaySway is implied to have the best parents ever in canon. But... What if they were not as perfect as he said? I'm not saying they are evil or even bad on purpose or anything. But I kind of headcanon they weren't there enough for him when they delivered bread and now he's on his own delivering bread (with Buhdeuce). I think they would be there for him more like they promised, but he doesn't ask them to come by more because he's afraid of "burdening" them, so he hardly bothers.

Why do I bring this up? In Tunnel of Fear, SwaySway's biggest fear of all besides disappointing his customers (who used to be his parents' customers) is disappointing his family, he was more afraid of disappointing his deceased family, but it still seems kind of telling. And in Don't Feed the Duckosaurs, he was hogging the attention from the mom dino more than Buhdeuce. Buhdeuce wanted attention too, but SwaySway was being rather selfish and needy and then he felt guilty. This isn't evidence, just fuel for ideas.

However, I do think if the parents knew how their son felt, they would definitely come back for him, despite their absence, the few times they're with SwaySway, they act with affection and pride. But they don't realize their son feels this way because he never tells them, he doesn't want to give up, that's the one thing he never wants to do when it comes to anything, especially being a breadwinner.

As a HARDCORE and die hard of Breadwinners, I am so FREAKING HAPPY to announce that I FINALLY met my childhood idol, ROBBIE DAYMOND!! The voice for Swaysway!!

My dad got tickets for Yama-Con in Tennessee a few months before my birthday! On October 8, he showed me the tickets where I can meet Robbie! Even though it was at Tennessee, BUT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT!!

And dear god....Today was so nervous for me! since he's my childhood idol since I was 12 (when I revisited Breadwinners). When I got to his table, at first, my heart was beating so fast cause I was nervous, when I was next Robbie saw me (In my swaysway cosplay) he was like “Oh my god!” And he immediately started singing the breadwinners theme song and I started to sing along with him! (HOLY SHIT) He asked me if I can take a picture of me and immediately said yes and he wanted to send it to Eric Bauza, Buhdeuce’s Voice Actor, and I literally screamed “BUHDEUCE’s VOICE ACTOR!?” And he said yes, making me jump of joy!

I did tell about my crush on swaysway and I even show of that “one scene” from great white shark bread on my phone. And oh my god….His REACTION WAS PRICELESS!! HE SAID IT WAS SO CUTE AND FUNNY!💙😭 not only that, HE TOLD ME THAT HE REMEMBERED THAT SCENE!! I’m not kidding….HE REMEMBERED THAT SCENE!!! (He was laughing his ass off)

I did told him that I have been a fan since I was 12 years old and he told me that he met so many teens that is almost my age before and he told I was so sweet to him.

In the end, I gave the BIGGEST DUCK HUG in the world! To be honest..I didn't think this was possible and now...IT FINALLY HAPPENED!

What's my next goal? No idea...Maybe I can be able to meet the TF2 Cast one day! But one day...But for now..

I COMPLETE MY CHILDHOOD DREAM!!! IT'S A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE! 💙🩵💙

Oh yeah and one more thing...He also told me that I was he first ever Breadwinners fan that he saw me today! (Why do I have a feeling that i'm his favorite fan?-) 😭💙🩵🥹🥺
