Why breaking general stereotypes of women matter in the workplace
General stereotypes of women lead to the stereotypes of women in the workplace, thus damaging their professional reputation. Typical stereotypes such as “women are crazy” can create workplace stereotypes such as “women cannot hold positions of power because they’re too emotional.” Breaking general stereotypes is also working toward breaking stereotypes in a work environment. Our blog will highlight harmful stereotypes and showcase people and elements of pop culture that work to break these stereotypes in order to empower other people to do so as well.
Is school really cool?
Been thinking a lot about school lately and how it can really fuck someone up. I know everyone wants to be successful and all that but with how our education system works, I don’t think its turning us into the best version of ourselves.
Sure some end up being great and having amazing jobs by being a great student and because they are so smart but what about those that are a different kind of smart? those who are smart outside the walls of school? those who dare explore than simply read what is laid out on their textbooks? those who challenge the way an educational institution try to cut a students mind into the shape they want it to be?
Morocco a land of beautiful paradoxes
