Why stick to boring oatmeal when you can add all kinds and of seeds and nuts that are good for you? Here in my oatmeal I have banana and then I sprinkled almonds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, raisins, flaxseeds and chia seeds. Also I added coconut granola in too! While cooking this I used coconut milk, water, cinnamon, brown sugar and nutmeg. Easy one and two. Nothing hard. You are what you eat. Treat your body as a temple and it will reflect as such.
