Breaking THEY...
A quick way to lose any argument or debate is to bring in the dreaded unidentified pronoun. Everything can be going great - you're systematic in your approach to a topic - you're using sequential logic to make your points - and maybe you're even throwing in some high-point scrabble words...

Oh yeah? Who exactly is "they," huh?
Transactional winnings out the window. Congratulations, you've now lost all credibility with just one teeny-tiny dreaded unidentified pronoun!
Guess what! The same concept applies when we're at war with ourselves. Worrying about and not being able to correctly identify and label our opposition is just as toxic and damaging to our individual, therefore collective success, as it is to any argument we could have with anybody.
