and perhaps he wasn’t the best of dancers –––– such a fact left many dancing with others, and usually, he was left alone. however, this did not extinguish his passion ––– he enjoyed himself in other ways, through talking, joking, laughing... but then she came along.
and he’d always considered her a better dancer. whether it was by a great amount, or small was up to the individual person. however, when she took his hands and started to tug ––– suddenly his dancing skills did not matter, at least, not to her.
he was happy to be included, truly. while being left to entertain himself in other ways did not depress him, it was still pleasant to be given a chance. and so, it was with a bellowing laugh, he doesn’t only follow her, but he steps quickly ahead –––– tugging her to where others danced together.
“––––thank you for including me!!” he chimes, “–––i will do my best!!”
