SCOTT PILGRIM TAKES OFF IS THE SHOW OF ALL TIME

Holy shiz. Scott Pilgrim Takes Off was the best thing ever. Kept getting better with every episode (the documentary one in episode 5 was my fave). It also just went ABOVE AND BEYOND with its cast, particularly Scott Pilgrim. Words lose me. Go watch it right now.

SPOILERS AHEAD…

absolutely crazy. the amount of times me and my brother jokingly predicted “oh, Scott actually made himself disappear!” or “what if Future Scott was the one that prevented Scott and Ramona from kissing?” actually becoming true is just jaw-dropping. Just as crazy was Young Neil basically writing all of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (except he didn’t — it was actually a future Ramona Flowers). The style of this show is just MASTERFUL and there’s lots of respectable nods to stuff like David Cronenburg and the virtual boy. And hey you know the Cornetto Trilogy? How each of those films include Simon Pegg and Nick Frost as co-stars? They return for SPTO as the Torontowood security crew. THEY BOTH EAT CORNETTOS AT THE END.. WHAT IS THIS SHOW. I’ll tell you what, it is sublime.

he   didn’t   even   know        what   time   it   was        &.        yet   when   he   felt   another   body   crawl   up   next   to   him   ,    he        immediately        opened   his   arms    .        he   peeked   at   who   it   was   ,    knowing   it   had   to   be   either   finn   or   fabian   as   no   one   else   really   had   access   to   their   room    .        a   lazy   smile   lifted   up   his   lips   when   he   saw   finn   laying   next   to   him    .        with   a   few   low   groans        &.        some   shifting   ,    montgomery   had   sloppily   covered   him    .        for   anyone   else   ,    this   would   be   a        strange   situation        but   to   them   ,    it   was        normal    .        they   grew   up   as   brothers   ,    some   cuddling        &.        forehead   kisses   were   nothing   too   outlandish    .
