I'm interested in the idea of a maximum wage.

Studies have found that, beyond a certain point, more wealth no longer improves a person's happiness. We could reasonably hypothesize that there is a certain wealth level beyond which the only genuine benefit would be essentially just scorekeeping.

Allowing more money to be invested in a company rather than going to pumping up a few individuals personal greed score would both strengthen the company and empower its lower tier employees, encouraging actual employee loyalty rather than merely fear of losing a job.

I would love an opportunity to test this model. I think it could be very beneficial to the economy.

I would love to have one of those awesome D&D campaigns where it’s an ongoing story and player’s characters grow and develop, but it never seems to work that way and I’m starting to fear it’s because of me.
