i’m going to take this as both canon characters & oc’s bc i’m not sure which rly and !!- for canons, i really really love jessica jones and tyler lockwood, two chars i’ve rp’ed in the past, but i don’t rly feel i can rp either very well ?? i started well with jessica but.. idk  i could never get the right kinda personality with tyler, tho saying that it was when i was v new to rping guys, so..

for the oc’s.... honestly most of the oc’s i wrote for wda, until rhea? blair, darcy & nika- i loved them all so much but i really couldn’t play them, and that’s why when i became an admin i released 2/3 of them as bio chars bc i realized i’d love to see them played, but wasn’t the right person for it!! and for others that aren’t wda chars, max van de kamp from my mae 1x1 blog bc idk i sometimes click with him but mostly don’t and also fred braeden bc she’s honestly been so fucked up over so many different rewrites and people interfering with her that i don’t know what i was trying for originally and :-)

Җ - What’s your greatest source of inspiration when it comes to role playing?

sometimes i’ll see something in a tv show that’ll get the gears going in my mind (same when reading books) and i’ll kinda pull a little inspiration from that and then build from there (sometimes the things i think of aren’t even related to anything i’m watching/reading, just a certain phrase will make me think of something). i also take a lot from like.. life itself?? like, i’ve always taken note of other people’s mannerisms and the things going on around me, so sometimes, i’ll apply some sort of habit i’ve seen or some situation i’ve witnessed to my characters for a starter, or for a quirk, or something y’know ?

ℛ - Are you religious?

honestly.. not really? i mean, i was raised a catholic and i’ve done all the official things, but i’m not really sure how much i hold with, and i don’t go to mass or anything so... no

♬ - Do you listen to music when you write? If yes, what kind of music?

i do, sometimes, but when i’m really trying to get through replies i don’t! listening to music with lyrics ie my fave songs of the week usually distracts me more than anything, so if i can’t stand to sit in silence, i sometimes listen to ‘to build a home’ by the cinematic orchestra or ‘the funeral’ by band of horses bc i really love the music in both (they’re so relaxing and esp to build a home gets me into the right mindset i gotta be in to write some of my chars) (ie rylie) but also honestly i have like a video i always go to which is basically time by hans zimmer playing for 10 hours straight and i listen to that for Ages if i need music in my life

His immediate reaction was to pretend that he hadn’t heard her. Though her words had brought a distinct pink tinge to his cheeks, Lip made sure to not let her see, keeping his back to her and his hands busy, lifting pots from the wheelbarrow at his side at a snails pace to the shelf he’d - two minutes before - been nearly finished stacking. The moments ticked by, the amount left dwindled, and, as he lifted the very last one, he cursed himself for his previous hope of getting it done and dusted as quickly as possible so he could leave before she came back - perhaps if he’d been a bit slower then, there’d be more potted begonias to use as an excuse in ignoring her, but as was...

His head bowed as the flower touched down with a dull thud on the metal shelf, and as if every word were painfully difficult to say, he mumbled, “It was just a kiss, Lise.” Except it hadn’t been. He could say it was a mistake until his voice was nothing but a croak, but he wouldn’t be able to convince himself of it - there was a reason his heart had sped a little faster seeing her smile what felt like hours before, beatific and born from succeeding with a spell she’d hurt herself over one too many times. There was a reason he'd been overcome by the very boyish urge to just kiss her, and though it hadn’t been the first time he’d felt it, there was a reason he’d chosen that moment to press his lips to hers - he just couldn’t work out what that reason was. It meant something. It hadn’t been a mistake. It had certainly not been just a kiss, but with the bond.. how could he even believe that anything he felt was true? 

“You don’t know if it meant anything to you,” and that was the truth. Did either of them, really? “There’s no reason to make any sort of deal out of something which, which could’ve...” The words escaped him, and with frustration, he ran a hand through his shock of dark hair, throwing his eyes up to the ceiling before turning, finally, to stare down at her - “Which could’ve been fake. Because that’s what the bond does, right? - It makes us feel things we don’t usually feel. And you don’t know if what you felt was real or not.”

But I do. And somehow, that made it all the worse.
