I've got Booch jars in my closet. Don't judge-it's one of the best places for the brew-it's dark, warm, quiet and fits an incredible amount of jars and bottles in there. I ran out of space in the kitchen and this spot was just begging to be used. I'm not sure what I'm going to do when I run out of space here-my neighbor Rose @devianttearoom cleared out a spot in her place for me, and I might be up there soon.
