The #botanical #blonde eg #ginbeer is another one that tasted very harsh initially, But now After about a year it is a very nice and balanced beer with loads of gin Aroma. I Reality learned to Never give up on an imbalanced and overflavored beer, But just to let it mature for a year or more.
