Sean Pertwee + Ineffable Riddlebird
The beef between aziraphel and Brian is legendary.
Nobody touches THEIR BENTLEY.
"Brian Cameron? He sounds like a accountant"
"And maybe Brian will get another chance, even tho he doesnt deserve it"
I need you to please write one of your big-brained posts about Brian Cameron SO MUCH! I read your posts about Crowley and Lucifer and there was a lot there that felt like the stuff you've talked about? Do you think he's also Lucifer?
Hi there 💕 I will, and thanks for reading the other posts. I'm glad you found them interesting. I just finished watching it about an hour ago so I'm still processing a bit but, yes, Brian Cameron/"liberating our Bentley" (holy fuck, that scene...)/the crossword puzzle scene are all currently near the top of a delightfully long list. S3 was trippy as all holy fuck 😂 so unpacking it is actually going to be fun as, you know, it was so bonkers and definitely not real lol...
You feel the non-reality of it, right, as you're watching it? It's not just because it's moving fast because it's 90 minutes, it's how it's played. It's the deliberately surreal tone of it. It was both very smart and very frustrating at once but for sure left plenty of room for us to go at it with analysis and fanfic forevermore so I guess that bit is good.
And, yes, Brian Cameron was absolutely Lucifer and I thought it was a good idea to have the character show up in different forms like that. I'm also still shuddering at the implications of the possible existence of a Misty Cameron in reality... especially since she looks like Crowley.
