Therefore, it wasn't too surprising to her when they finished, and Michelle mentioned she had to run a few more miles for her training program. Also unsurprising was the fact that Sam offered to join. Michelle looked at Adam who shook his head, which resulted in a deep frown and some gentle ribbing from her.
After they left, the four remaining folks continued to talk. Eventually Ben and Adam shared one of their many looks that communicated something between only them, and announced they too were heading out.
