2 am in the dream team household typically went like this: dark, quiet, empty kitchen, the occasional Patches and/or person grabbing a drink of water. But sometimes it didn't. Every once in a while, 2 am in the dream team household would mean snacking, and if it was by one member in particular, that meant cooking. That meant pancakes.

The time loops were fun, that's why they kept doing them. When you're immortal (kinda) and bored (almost always), you gotta figure out ways to make your life a bit more interesting. And if that happens to be running off to have secret one on one fights with the guy that you and your friends are trying to kill, and has time and again killed you, so be it.

Day 4: leaves

((Someone was asking me about the greenhouse yesterday. So))

You are not very small. Not like some of your siblings. They are not quite your siblings, but calling them not your siblings doesn't seem right either.

You are the second oldest, and the second largest. You have one of the most important jobs. You handle the channel. It can't run without you. You are not very small.

But you like to feel small sometimes, don't you? Sometimes it's too much work, your job, and you don't want to do it.

Nevermind that your job is the sole point of your existence, nevermind that it is what gives you purpose, what gives you meaning.

Sometimes you want to be small.

You go to the greenhouse. You like it because it matches you, matches your… name. How vain of you.

You hide in there, amongst the plants, amongst the leaves, amongst the green. They camouflage you, and cradle you, and whisper to you.

Sometimes a council member wanders into the greenhouse you think of as your own. You shuffle back into the branches like so many of the creepy crawlies that make this room home. You watch as they explore, keeping well out of sight.

You try not to resent their presence.

Day 3: candy

((Actually not much to say about this one. Based off a thing a friend of mine did))

"What's that?"

Lucas looks up. Coming into the lounge is Israel and Devon. They both look mildly alarmed. "Candy," he replies. He tosses one to Israel.

"Generic, no name chewy candies that sort of look like tootsies. Yeah, that's… you just come from the kitchen?" Devon asked. He was leaning over Israel's shoulder to peer at the yellow and pink twist packaging, and he looked dubious.

Lucas shook his head. He nodded in the direction of the coffee table. "Candy bowl. I haven't seen the kitchen in a few… days." He winced. He was still trying to get used to bunker time. Or precisely, the lack thereof. So, not days.

Immediately, Israel walked over to the table and picked up the bowl, only glancing at it for a second before tossing it into the fireplace. He knocked on the mantle three times and a healthy little fire burst to life.

He held out a hand to Lucas, making a 'gimme' motion without looking at him Lucas obediently handed over the rest of his stash, and watched as Is tossed them in as well.

"Yeah… don't eat non-kitchen food Luke. It might not have been the Bunker that left that."
