Learning About Beer with Daniel Pollard
Daniel Pollard (danielpollard on Elixr) is the Head Brewer at Bridger Brewing in Bozeman, Montana. He was kind enough to chat with me (Marc) about his career, the brewing process, appreciating craft beers, and a variety of other topics.
I tried a different microphone this time. It was better than old one in some ways, yet far worse for clicking noise. Apologies! I guess my microphone search continues. But, Daniel sounds perfect and once again I learned a lot.
