It’s no surprise that I love playing around with my photos. This shot of the military reenactment guys was just screaming out for a more fitting background. I though Remagen from “a bridge too far” was a good choice. Looks better than the car park at Mico plumbing anyway. #franktonthunder #paras #moviescene #bridgetoofar #photoshop #militaryreenactment (at Frankton, Waikato) https://www.instagram.com/p/CMbxSHhsNwy/?igshid=1e2iixej2eihc

Bridge Too Far
The greatest time for a visual artist is the height of their craft, usually at the end of their career. A form of intelligence is rhetoric and when it comes to mass-market story tellers, there’s very few more exquisite than Stephen Spielberg. His latest film Bridge of Spies is a beautiful tale in every conceivable way, as we don’t expect soldiers to be thinkers, as we might expect Hollywood to express truth.
To the list of subliminal references there’s little value in the register or reporting, other than to say that the level of eloquence in any of life’s encounters should be treated evenly with caution as it is high regard.
