[The best way I can really think to describe it is the calm before the storm. The sun shines, but the clouds are building. The breeze is picking up to more frequent gusts. But it's still, overall, mostly a lovely day but you can certainly sense that there is a storm brewing on the horizon.

This is because, generally, Nabooru is pretty calm if not edging toward somewhat cheerful in her day to day life on the outside. Not a perfect, sunshine and rainbows demeanor by any means but exhibiting the same sort of easy-going vibe that comes before the the weather shifts. The "before the storm part" is represented by both her inner turmoil (her leadership, always feeling like her people are on the brink of another war they can't possibly win in their state, an identity crisis from becoming chief when she never expected to be, becoming a sage meant, in some regard, to protect a land whose people would rather she didn't exist, the loss of seven years of her life and not knowing what she did while under Twinrova's control/the guilt associated with what she can surmise, the lack of closure she got with a certain former king and dealing with the emotional weight of stepping into his shoes as leader of their people) and a sort of sense that something within her might snap with enough pressure. A feeling of instability surrounding her that she mostly covers up well, but can be felt if you're around her long enough.

And as a bonus because I can't help myself since HalsinxNabooru is my other OTP for her and I've decided he calls her his storm as a term of endearment, while she is not always the storm, she very much can be one. When she puts her mind to something or you cross her (or, more likely, the Gerudo or someone she cares about), she does become as unstoppable as a storm.]
