2. Why did I choose my character, and how do I choose to play him/her?
I have a strange fondness for the overlooked characters. With Pirates of the Caribbean it was Murtogg and Mullroy. (The two red-coats who argued about whether the Black Pearl was real.)
The first time I decided on Lee, the trio had seemed too intimidating a prospect and Luna was taken. Lee's a chatterbox. He's the one who gets in trouble for saying what he really thinks. He sat next to McGonagall and joked about how Angelina Johnson never went out with him. Later, he's using that voice on Potterwatch and doing something with meaning. The concept of him as a voice of truth appealed to me. And he is the twins' best mate--that's fun to play with.
I choose to portray Post-War Lee as someone who hasn't quite grown out of his silliness, but he IS more serious about everything than he used to be. The last sentence mentioning him in DH is where George and he slam a death eater to the floor. SLAM TO THE FLOOR. In one sentence J.K.Rowling expressed George and Lee's sorrow and anger. It should've been Fred and George and Lee, but it wasn't...Since Fred isn't dead in this RP, he's much happier than how I've played him in other RPs, but Fred and George leaving him,George losing an ear, Potterwatch, and the Battle still happened which means there's still potential plenty of angsty stuff to explore.
12. What does RPer ship character with?
I have no preference actually. I'd have to research the lovely ladies on the Gryffindor quidditch team.(And if we're talking about men...I don't really see him and Oliver or Lee with one of the twins. And definitely not Harry.) I do enjoy writing Lee getting rejected by Angelina, though. XD But that's..anti-shipping.
Katie's Katie Bell is fun, though. I'm enjoying the Latie.
20. What does RPer dislike about character?
Hm. Why does he disappear for a couple of books? XD
