How do you manage the whole "Jobs/Specializations" thing regarding Warriors in your clans in actual writing? (Like fighters, listeners, etc) I'll admit reading your fic made me inspired to wanna try something similar with mine, but I'm finding it a little difficult to actually "do" and I've had to do some slight rewriting after going with it because I eventually end up writing them as just everyday Warriors later on, and it's frustrating to not use lore you wanna actually use and whatnot.

The way I started out thinking about jobs in the beginning was deciding how they would impact the clan as a whole, and the members within it.
Every cat learns to hunt and fight, as those things are needed for survival, but living in a clan is supposed to make surviving easier. Cats aren't constantly struggling find their next meal, and hopefully aren't fighting all the time either. But with so many members in a clan, not everyone is out using these survival skills 24/7. So what are cats supposed to in their free time? This is how a clan benefits from jobs. Jobs give every cat something to do, and helps the clan stay functional. Think about how jobs irl impact society.
The next thing I like to think about is what defines a certain job. This can help you easily visualize what a cat may be doing on a day to day basis. For example: Queens in my system raise the clan's young, and help clanmates cope with trauma like therapists would.
At that point in the planning process, everything comes down to the individual cat you're writing about. It's good to think about who has what skills, and what they would be best at. It's also good to understand what a cat's morals are, and physical/mental capabilities. Some cats are pacifists and don't like to fight. Others get a thrill out of battle. There will be a few cats who may be incapable of laborious tasks due to age or disability. While there'll also be some who can't handle stressing themselves out with more dangerous lines of work.
I believe once you've thought about all those factors its good to write down what you've come up with, and to list what cats would be best at what jobs.
