If you could create an alien race what would they look like and what would you name them? Would they speak English or some other language?

Aonghushens--humanoid, bipedal. They're characterized by the males being light-grayskinned with little pigment and the females being a light brick color. On average, males and females range around 5'1" to 5'8" with 5'10" being tall and anything taller, very tall.

I imagine they'd speak their own language, but perhaps they're advanced enough that they have translation devices, nearly eliminating language barriers.
