Fork-tender brisket only takes 2 hours in my instant pot. Seared and seasoned first. Onions sweated in the saute leavings. Carrots and yukon gold potatoes. Just enough beef broth to make instant pot happy with liquid content. Simmered the final juices with some extra secret additions for a dark gravy sauce to finish it.
