British rules for when it starts snowing:
1. Ensure adequate food stocks. If you have anything less than 3 loaves of bread and 4 pints of milk, try and come to terms with the fact that starvation will get you.
2. Take a photo of your snow-covered back garden and post to all social media platforms so that Mrs Jones next door knows that you have it too.

277 British Winters. Floods are hitting us hard at the moment and yes, there's nothing worse than a wet ushanka. Sort of feel like a drowned rat.
Exciting stuff, these days! 😅
It's not showing up as well as I'd hoped here, but this is the first time I've seen it do more than blow a few flakes of snow around this winter.
As the Household Swede put it, "I wouldn't say that we have snow, but it's definitely snowing."
It's not sticking to the ground at all, but it's been coming down pretty hard at times. Likely the best we're going to get.
