My final summer must have of today is Toni&Guy's CASUAL Sea salt texturising spray. It's available in most cosmetic and hair retailers and large superstores. A well known brand used in many hair salons across the UK. This product comes in 2 sized bottles ranging from £2.19- £4.99. This product is great for giving texture and body to the hair but still retaining the hair's natural movement. Great for a carefree messy beach look. A holiday must have, when it's far too hot to be blow drying, straightening, curling and rolling the hair, when the sun has sucked all the moisture, nutrients and nourishment out of your hair why apply more heat? Why put your hair through so much pain? When you can get a carefree on trend look, effortlessly! Easy to use, with great results. Allow hair to naturally dry (or spray on damp hair) spray all over, evenly to create waves that hold, twist and twirl small sections of hair and spray to hold them in place. To hold look in place for longer spray a light sprits of wet or dry hair spray; only necessary when it's windy out! Try applying this spray normally then tying hair in a loose pony or bun for a messy, relaxed, glamourous but casual look for days and nights.

Mark Hill's range (available in most large cosmetic stores such as Boots, Superdrug and most superstores) is a great high end highstreet brand for high quality products. One of my favourites; Turn Up The Heat, Extreme heat protection spray. Priced at £5.99 per 125ml bottle it's great for dry, brittle, frizzy and fried hair and won't break the bank! Apply the spray thoroughly through the hair (on wet, damp or dry hair) starting at the ends and working your way up to the mid-lengths, try not to get too much near your roots! Even though the product is a non-greasy spray the roots of your hair naturally contains more oil and nutrients than your mid-lengths and ends; adding more could effect the natural PH balance of your scalp! Once applied continue your normal styling regime and this spray will keep your mind at rest knowing its protected from any heating appliance up to an amazing 235 degrees! The great thing about the product is its so light and versatile, it doesn't matter how much you use; if your hair needs extra TLC as it will never overload the hair!
