X lets out a yell when the portal that the Gate made for her drops her from the air and into a group of trash cans. It was a good thing that she had her mask on, with her face being right next to an open bag of smelly trash.
Getting up with a groan, X rubs her head and looks around. This place…?
-------------------------
Broadway had been sitting on a rooftop when he heard the clang of metal trash-cans, and he looked down over the rooftop, spotting someone who had presumably fallen into them. ”You ok?” He called.
------------------------------
She surprised by the voice and looks around for the person who said it. “Hello? And yes I’m okay.” X says as she kicks a banana peel off of her shoe. “A little disorientated, but otherwise fine.”
-----------------------------
"That was quite a fall you took." He said, waving a claw to show where he was. "What are you doing here?"
--------------------------
"Yeah, it wasn’t very pleasant." Says the red head as she spots the gargoyle on the rooftop. She’s a little startled by his appearance, but shrugs it off and waves back. He reminded her of a digimon.
"Er…Well, it’s kind of complicated." How does one tell some you just fell out of a portal from a different world?
-----------------------------
"I’m all ears." He offered, beginning to descend the building and smirking, tail twitching.
---------------------------
As he glides down to where she stood X debates whether she should tell him or not. Figuring that it wouldn’t hurt, especially since this world wasn’t the digital world, X speaks.
"Well, for starters I just fell out of a Gate portal." A pause. “The second thing is that I’m from a digital world."
-----------------------------
It sound’s like the girl isn’t telling him everything still.
Broadway reached out his claw and gave her a firm handshake, blinking slightly in confusion. So Lex was right, he thought, the digital technology must be getting popular. ”Odd name,” He grinned. ”I’m Broadway.”
