Magpie Matters for the WIP ask game?

magpie matters is, whenever i get around to writing it proper, intended to be a light novel about my beloved mckenzie magpie and why he got to the position he's in now, as the designated investigator for deaths in the family that appear to involve foul play... he's not busy 24/7 but sometimes he can end up going from case to case, unfortunately. the job is obviously very grim and he is a very tired man.

....going back to the light novel

it would be set in the past, when mckenzie is 20, and i intend for it to have six chapters. it would follow the first case he ever dealt with: the death of his youngest brother.

YAYYY i get to talk about my boy :)

atticus voss's favorite drink is a particular blend of tea found only in his upstairs (read: ground level floor, atticus lives in the basement) housemate's tea cabinet. he cannot tell you what it's called because he's never seen the actual name or brand but it's good shit

he tends to sleep either at his desk, which atp he's tidied for such occasions, or he fits his lanky ass on the pull out bed that's actually for him. he keeps it neat enough. three and a half pillows, two and a quarter blankets, sometimes a carpet... it's in the house /ref
