I've had this bouncing in my head for like two weeks of Tim or Damian being de-aged by a villain and its gonna take a couple days/weeks for Zatanna or whomever to reverse it, so Dick and Wally play daddies for baby Tim or Damian and just live their best chaotic lives with baby robin/red robin. Sorry if this sounds dumb. I've just been thinking about it for a while and thought I'd share.

Oh my gosh, please don't say it sounds dumb! And thank you so much for sharing your idea with me, I'm so happy!

Imagine that both Tim AND Damian get deaged! Dick comes home one day, holding a tiny Tim's hand and a baby Damian in his arms. Wally is super confused and Dick explains the situation as best as he can.

I can see Damian being the quiet baby type but turns into a little screeching demon when Dick and Wally are getting too close for his liking. Haha or Wally trying to pick him up and he just can't calm him down, so Dick being such a mom comes to take over and as soon as Dami is in his brother's arms he acts like an angel. Wally totally notice "the look" Damian gives him with that little smirk.

Thankfully Tim is a lot more accepting of Wally, but he is also super sensitive to changes in people's emotions so if he senses that Wally or Dick are getting frustrated maybe he starts to cry? And the two grown ups are 100% confused. Also being so smart he manages to figure out all the baby locks (meanwhile you can hear Wally curse in the middle of the night because all he wanted was to eat a damn Pringles, not fight with a cupboard !!!)

Sorry I'm babbling! Do you have any other ideas for this au ?? I would love to hear more about your inputs!

Hearing they still family bond melted my heart. Which gave me the insight that on ocassion Wally & Dick will not so subtly plan a family vacay for them all. Complete with tacky but precious matching themed shirts & Wally makin sure his camera is all charged up for the impending dorky dad pics like taking the MOST unflattering picture possible of one of his boys basically unhinging their jaw for a bite of food. It's done without warning but with all the love in the world for the sake of memories

Oh my gosh how cute is that!!

I feel like some other batfam members (or flashfam kids... or even their friends/teams) would get a little envious of Tim and Damian and might try to tag along the 4s' family nights!

Dick and Wally quickly gain the "parent" title in all of their groups ♡

Oh but, Wally having a ton of picture albums with everyone in it !! And some pictures are HIDEOUS but no matter how hard the others try to get Wally to throw them away but no success.. Tim will forever be remembered by that picture where he's laughing and he's got some stuffs in his teeth, Damian got caught picking his nose and nobody let him live it down - Damian keeps yelling that he wasn't and the picture makes it look like he was but he SWEARS his pinkie was not in his nostril!!

But there are also beautiful pictures that always make the boys feel warm and fuzzy by looking at them, and they would be lying if they said they didnt have copies of their owns

Hey, but here's a wild thought: what if Dick and Wally get hit by the same power that turned Tim and Dami into kids, how would Tim and Damian handle them?

The boys for sure remember stuff but it's those fuzzy type of memories where u remember the happy emotions more than the specific memory. So now Damian is his own special brand of prickly cactus sweet with Wally cuz he remembers the love he gave. Sometimes Dick and Wally will rewatch the videos and look at pictures to try and relive the temporary parenthood. Bruce is kinda bitter cuz he didn't get any baby time, but no one cares THAT match. Birdflash babies are all grown up again & that's sadder

Absdjkfkffh but consider this: Tim and Damian show up regularly for family bonding time even after they grew back.

That means one evening Dick and Wally are watching a movie and mopping around, missing their little kids before they hear a window open and... Robin and Red Robin appear! And the boys' (Birdflash) are a little confused; Tim has chinese take out and Damian is already changing and putting on Wally's sweater (he feels attracted to it and it turns out that's the one Wally wore the most when Dami was a lil baby).

A few minutes later they are all squished on the small couch and watching the movie and sharing chinese food together. It all feels like "back in the days" and all 4 boys feel so happy and relaxed!

Damian would forsure be like THAT MOM who basically has a Mary Poppins bag. Anything you could possibly need is in his bag and he gets incredibly defensive when he's packing that bag and someone questions his choices on its contents. Tim on the other hand is simultaneously disaster uncle & super dad. "What do you mean fruit loops and orange juice in the same bowl isn't an okay meal? He's two! He's eating chunks of banana off the floor as we speak" They give back the love just as good as they got

DAMIAN!!! He's the mom who makes sure to put sunscreen on the kids (especially a lot on Wally) before they go out and bickers with Tim all the time because "you're doing this wrong!!!"

I gagged a little at the mix of fruit loops and juice, don't let Tim in the kitchen haha! Oh my gosh imagine the toddlers getting into his days old coffee mugs - they are already hyperactive but now it is even worse! Add the sugar rush from the breakfast and they wouldnt be able to stop them.

I'm sure Tim does some great stuffs when he manages to get some time with tiny!Dick and Wally, but from Damian's POV everything is done wrong - I can even see him criticize a very unimpressed Alfred for how he changes a diaper (if they are this young)

I'm so psyched you liked my idea! I feel like since Wally & Dick know about the boys had not so hot OG baby/child years that it's now their mission to have some classic parent child moments with the boys. If Damian isn't walking yet, him begrudgingly letting Wally hold his baby fists while he toddles around. Tossing in the air, spinning them around, hugs & kisses galore. Dick takin them to mommy and me classes & Wally takin all the pics for the memories like a good dad.

They do all kind of activities but their favourites are the ones considered mundane: pushing the boys on the swings, eating ice cream late at night in the park, sitting in the dark and watching Disney movies... It all feels so natural after a few days!

OMG Imagine!!! One day baby Damian falls asleep all nuzzled against Wally and Wally is all "help what do I do??" but Dick and Tim are of no help, one is taking pictures with the phone and the other has a camera on hand and is filming ahxjfmfhfkhm

Do you think the boys would remember everything once they get back to their normal self? Wally and Dick probably feel a bit sad once it's time to let go of their "kids", and the house feels empty without them around.
