Rumlow's smartphone had been destroyed by the collapsing building, of course, but the Soldier is trained to remember everything by sight and he'd stolen a phone from a pedestrian sitting in a café because it had looked exactly the same. He'd said it would be a gift (and this word had sounded very strange coming out of his mouth) but in fact it was because he wanted Rumlow to show him how he'd be able to listen to music with it like the one time they'd danced together. He learned that he has to use a thing called youtube and there is so much music on it that the Soldier spends hours in Rumlow's hospital room at night to listen to it-- quietly, of course, to not alert the nurses. Right now it's a strange song about a woman declaring that she's a Barbie Girl and it leaves the Soldier confused as it's often the case lately. "Rumlow...?" he murmurs, staring down at the phone. "What is a Barbie Girl?"
