Yes I have all the whole series of Brody's Ghost by mark crilley @markcrilleyreal Plus there all autographed except book 4 😤 if ever see him in town again I'll definitely get it sign. if you don't mind my asking, could you give some examples of (or maybe just talk about) work you put in the portfolio you used to apply to college? i'm not transferring for a while, but i'm still stuck on stuff like what exactly i should include, and how long i should spend working on things. thanks for answering!

every school is different, but it’s always a good idea to include figure drawings. they don’t have to be fully rendered, but show that you have a working understanding of form, movement, and gesture. i would suggest looking at the websites of all the schools you apply to for their specific requirements, like the risd home test and bike drawing. other than that, they want to see your potential and your voice. my portfolio really doesn’t represent my current work LOL –– but i went the ‘safe’ way, so it was all life drawings, watercolor plein airs, and observational paintings. include work that’s truly representative of you. they get literally thousands of well-rendered still lives, but from what i can gather, they’re looking for your unique voice and way of doing things.
