Hi everyone!

Went back to the hand surgeon for a follow-up appointment today. it's been 3 months to the day since I was injured at work. It's hard to believe it's been that long...
There was a full length mirror inside the exam room where I was waiting for the doctor. I need to invest in one of those again, I was definitely the hottest person in that doctor's office today 👀🙃
About to leave here in a little while to go up to Tennessee for the hand surgeon follow up. Today marks 8 weeks since I was injured at work, and 5 weeks since I had the pin removed. apparently they wait 5 weeks after the pin removal to release the person to full duty at work.
I really really really need to be released back to full duty, I've been out for so long that they changed my pay and I make less than $10/ hour now. It's just super messed up and I'm capable of doing everything that I need to do at my job, I just need the doctor to sign off so I can get back to work properly. Also I'm extremely tired of cleaning and changing the trash and basically being everybody's bitch haha.
Send me all the thoughts and prayers and good vibezzz that you can please 👍😊
Going back to work today. Just light duty things but still...I'm nervous
One of these days I'll be able to clean and bandage my thumb without crying the whole time because it looks so awful. Today is not that day.
