Throwing the history book onto the table along with some others that she was getting rid of…donating to where ever for someone else.  Her father always the pack rat.   A slight movement of her shoulders up and down in a shrug.  “Yes and there had always been a strong woman behind said man to keep him on his path.”  She commented with a soft laugh.   “They have to make themselves look better than the enemy.  It would show weakness.”  Words her mother once told her and she had come to believe them as well even saw them in the world they lived in.  The men of SAMCRO were not weak by any means but they needed the women that stood with them.  They seem to gain strength from them and even at times…the strong ladies were mentioned or know by reputation.

       The woman standing in front of her reminded Tara of what she was like when she was eighteen and at times, even now.  Tara was one that ran many times because she didn’t trust anyone and the O N L Y reason she had stopped running was because of Jax but mainly because of the strength and bravery she was finding in herself.  “You can’t always run, Alli.  Granted I may not be the person to talk to since I was once a runner from everything and everyone.  It was the way I dealt with things.  If I ran far enough and fast enough; it never would catch me but normally it does.”  It was not easy to talk about what she had done and what she had wanted to do when she first moved back to Charming but she had finally to decided not to run but finally staying and facing her own past.  “I came back home and even Gemma has accused me of coming back to Charming for Jax and the club to deal with my troubles…maybe she is right but this time I knew I had to run home,” she paused. “Alli, don’t run from here.  Everything you know is here and the ones that loves and the ones that will protect you.”

   A sigh escapes past her lips knowing that the young Teller woman would not give up and Tara as well as her brother needed her to stay.  The dangers of everything going on with the club was spilling over to the families.  The FBI agent that had followed the young surgeon was the cause of the trouble and investigation.  If she had only stayed away…but she even wondered if she would be alive if she had stayed in Chicago.  “Okay…fine!” She conceded to finally allowing the truth to be heard but she didn’t want Gemma to know the truth…she knew the older Teller didn’t like her and did not want her back here to fuck up her son’s life again.  “The FBI followed me…I am the reason he is doing all of the shit he is doing!”  Her words leaving her lips as quickly as her brain was remembering everything.  “I am the reason he is investigating SAMCRO!  I am the reason he is stalking me…and you!  You cannot leave because right now; it is too dangerous for ALL of us…because of ME!” Her voice raised in anger…angerr at herself…at Kohn…at everything that was going on in Charming that she was to blame for.

    Her dark head shook back and forth, laughter escaped her lips as she tried to choke it back so no one could hear her.   The Irish priest was preaching and spouting his Hellfire and Brimstone to them all and she was not the only one trying to hold back an outburst but only the one related to the Winstons decide not to have a filter when her judgement of the Irish minister’s words.   “It seems another Winston doesn’t have a filter,” she commented with a wink and a soft laugh.  Draping her arm around the girl’s shoulders she kiss her temple.  “Not that I care if you have a filter or not.  Because truthfully, this guy is a complete dick.”

   Her gaze didn’t leave the youngest Teller as she spoke.  The conversation had gone from how her day was going to the fact that the club was travelling north for business and the business was bullshit….and everyone knew it.  “I think this is chicken shit as well as bat shit crazy but what can we do about it?  Nothing!”  Tara knew the ride was on the orders of Clay and his plans were getting people killed…even club prospects.  She had taken lead out of some of the members in recent weeks because of the President’s decisions.  “I am afraid of not knowing of how many won’t make it back to Charming for this money grabbing ride,” she commented loud enough only for the woman standing in front of her. “Even your brother knew it was fool’s gamble,” she paused remembering how he was telling her of where things were…just in case.  “I know the club is important but if one member is out to get people killed for his own gain; I call bullshit and that one needs to fall.”

❛ does that mean we don’t have to go on it? ❜ they’d taken presley to the amusement park for her birthday and out of everyone, phoebe was one of the few adults who’d actually ride the rollercoasters and other rides. she’d faced her fear of elevators years ago, but that didn’t mean she was wanting to relive that by going on the tower of terror. it was literally a falling elevator ride! ❛ sweetie, we could just grab a funnel cake, right? ❜ phoebe was hoping against hope that her niece would let her off the hook, but she had a feeling she was going to be just as stubborn as her mother was and insist that they go.
