Our project #PartiesInThePark celebrates Bronx creativity and how we utilize local public spaces and do a lot with a little. These events are fun loving celebrations of family roots and traditions even as we transform what family and tradition mean. #PartiesInThePark is just another instance of a unique neighborhood culture that we cherish in the Bronx. @everydaybronx is proud to present #PartiesInThePark as our second long-term project. Steve takes over the grill while celebrating his cousins birthday party at Soundview Park. He lives in Parkchester but comes to the park often since it’s spacious and not as crowded as other parks. He often volunteers to cook since his wings get rave reviews.
