Well, this finally got out to the general public… I remain not a big fan of how the transition was ultimately handled (as one example, the 2011-12 winner of the Lady Icers' MVP award was not carried over to the NCAA team, while eight of her teammates were - four of those eight among these cuts). That said, it worked out okay for Katie Vaughan and some of the other left-behinds, and I think it can work out okay for this batch.

Hello yes hi this lovely girl is named Brooke.  Brooke Meyer, and I am honored to have her as my cousin.  She is truly a beautiful, but damaged, soul.

I want her to know how much I love her and how badly I need her to contact me.  She is the strongest person out there and I need her to know that we can make a lot of things right.  I need her, so badly.

Brooke has been missing for over a month in New York City, presumably in Brooklyn.  She doesn't even have a jacket with her.

It kills me to know that tonight, while we're all warn and bundled up in bed and stretching out and having clean, comforting blankets, she's laying on the group.  She has none of this.  It is currently around 30 degrees outside and she probably doesn't even have a pillow for her head.

Brooke, please, if you see this, you don't have to come home, but just tell us you're alright. You don't have to tell everybody.  You can even only tell me.

I need you Brooke.  You're gonna get through this too.
