Pairing: Niji x Brook - BroNi? BrooNi? idk this pairing is out of left field

A world in which Niji is hired to work at the Thriller Bark Museum. All is well and good until the night time arrives with a haunting melody floating through the air.

(Most of Moria's "art pieces" come to life at night, almost like this Museum is a possible cover for something more sinister at play)

Most of the vibes I've got going in my head, is Ib with the whole "art pieces come to life" and just Thriller Bark arc in general. Hearing Brook sing with an echo really activated a neuron in my brain.

What’s up with Niji x Brook?

I know you said it was out of left field but I wanna go to that elft field and rummage around like a rat. Is this a vibes only ship or a wonderful fic? Though tbh I can see these two being insufferable today in a really good way

No fic to share this time, this pairing is mostly from my mind and wants for more Brook pairings lol. I'm a bit of a fan of Sanji x Brook and I love Brook as a character, where he's silly and goofy but wise and calming. So what better way to show my love and appreciation for Brook than to ship him with the most difficult Vinsmoke sibling?

With Niji being presented as an aggressive and uncaring kind of character, the idea of a simple melody catching Niji's attention and helping him cool down is an idea I like to think about. He'll never admit to Brook that his songs calm him of course.

Also the combo of a musician hanging out with a man that can mimic peoples voices and thus meaning that he can probably sing with those voices can open a range of scenarios. To sweet ones of Niji replicating his favourite singers (if he has any), to angst ones where Brook could ask Niji to replicate voices from the Rumbar Pirates or where Niji sings with other peoples voices since he doesn't believe he should have his own as the perfect soldier of Germa. A Prince should not lower himself to sing like a weakling, but if he's replicating what someone else said than he's not the one speaking
