It must've been the crack of dawn when she was stirred awake from her slumber, the room was pitch black. The room. Why was she indoors? Where was her tent? Her mind numb, the memories of the previous night a blur. It wasn't until she felt the aching in her body that memory struck, water filling at the brim of her eyes, Astrid kicked her comforter off and scanned the area. The hospital wing. She couldn't be here, not now, she had to make sure he was alright. Glancing over she spotted Will, somehow sleeping in what seemed like the world's smallest chair in comparison to his height. Shaking the thought away, she pushed herself up, wincing at the sharp pain in her side. Shit. Using the bed for support, she slowly and quietly made her way in the direction of the door, each bed she came across another support. Closer, she was closer to the door, just a few more, shatter, "Shit." She muttered under her breath, eyes dropping to a vial that must've fallen to the ground.
