The first bears have been spotted by rangers at Brooks River!

park rangers are just starting to return to Brooks River, and already we've got photos! wow! both pics are from Ranger Sarah, and they were posted in the explore.org chat this morning.

32 Chunk made his early appearance on sunday, 4/26! he is looking good and ready for a new season 🐻

These two subadults are likely cousins 609 & 910jr, but whoever they are, they look great -- and if it is 609 & 910jr, they've grown so much!!
