These Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Brownie Bars are a decadent dessert combining rich brownie, creamy cheesecake, and sweet cherry filling, creating a delightful flavor combination in every bite.
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup water. 1 cup chocolate chips. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared baking pan. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Spoon cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing into bars. Refrigerate any leftovers for freshness.
