⸻ MAY 29th / 12:00 A.M , @brtherjckson.
The Elite's Anarchy in the Arena celebratory ( for surviving ) dinner of to–go Chili's went off without a hitch, with Kenny, Hangman, Matt, and Nick dining in Hangman's hotel room—almost a restaurant, after all, with the seventy-five dollar microwave. By eleven, Nick had abandoned the trio of Kenny, Matt, and Hangman for slot machine therapy, and Matt and Kenny had left Hangman's hotel room for Hangman to sleep off the aches and the pains of the match. Kenny should sleep, too, but he'd accompanied Matt to Matt's own hotel room, instead. He's sitting on the edge of the bed, now, with a half–cold, half–melted molten chocolate cake, with Pretty Woman on the television. So 1990s. "I don't really watch romcoms," Kenny says, scooping up half–melted ice cream with his spoon. "Too busy watching, uh, anime and cartoons, I guess." He smiles, almost shy, as if Matt wasn't already aware of Kenny's nerdiness. He closes the container of chocolate cake and half–melted ice cream and sets it onto the end table before collapsing back onto the bed and stretching, cat–like, out.
"I still can't believe all of those thumb–tacks." He curls up onto his side, cringing. "I can feel the tacks in my foot. I hate it, Matt! I can't believe you agreed to it!" He props himself up, back against the pillows, before simpering, giggling. "You really are crazy, baby. You're gonna be feeling that in the morning!"
@brtherjckson what are you going to dress up as for halloween, matt ? liv suggested leatherface and i think that's what i'm going to do. it'll be fun ! i'll at least do eddie sawyer from the third movie if not leatherface ... you know, played by viggo mortensen ? he might've been the only reason why i watched the third movie, if i'm being honest ...
@brtherjckson: okay, i guess i'm going to finally bite the bullet. can we talk before dynamite this week ? in person. it's nothing bad ... i don't think.
@brtherjckson: tonight didn't exactly go to plan, buuuuut i can't wait to see you win at wembley. i think it's about time you brought the tag belts back home, you haven't had any gold in a while ... it'll look good on you.
@brtherjckson did i tell you that i liked the bandana ? i liked the bandana. the whole cowboy getup was cute. and the shoes were ... neat ...
