Glad to see I'm not the only one who dislikes Stairway to Heaven.
gOD it’s boring... the guitar solo at the end is kinda cool but it’s not worth all the whatever to get there

So this month marks the fifteenth anniversary of my original Tumblr blog. That's right. I've been on Tumblr since 2010.
Pretty sure that qualifies me for a senior discount now.
After years of Androidifying, I decided it was time for a change.
Say hello to Ensign Bruceandmary! (and Moopsy. I love that little murder ball.)
10 years ago this week, I joined Tumblr. I was 16. I found a community where I could be myself. I found joy, anger, and sometimes tears. And I found real friends, people who made me laugh and people who helped me through my darkest points.
Thank you all so much.
Now I'm out here on this road Alone on this road tonight I close my eyes and feel so many friends around me In the early evening light And the miles we have come And the battles won and lost Are just so many roads traveled So many rivers crossed And I ask God for the strength And faith in one another 'Cause it's a good night for a ride 'Cross this river to the other side My blood brothers
That, and the fact that my local classic rock radio station's had it as the number one song for 18 years in a row. No joke.
burn it down
Hi, just a fellow Fallout fan here. I'm also against the potential multiplayer aspect for Fallout 76 the same reasons. New Vegas introduced me to the series and I don't think I'd have liked 60 fellow Courier Sixes traipsing around the Mojave with me at the same time.
I agree! The model Bethesda has used for [almost] all their previous games is to place the main character (controlled by the player) on some sort of pedestal, having the world of the game revolve around their decisions, and all the quests in the game reflect that. (The Dragonborn in Skyrim, the Courier in Fallout New Vegas, the Sole Survivor in Fallout 4.) That’s just the flow of gameplay/storytelling we’re used to from all of Bethesda’s single-player games so far, and it’s a model that’s worked for years.
But when Bethesda introduced Elder Scrolls Online some years ago, they had to change up that model by making up a story in which nobody’s the main character and it makes sense for each of the thousands of player characters to have the same backstory. (Revived from death and escaped from Coldharbor in the midst of some crazy stuff Molag Bal is up to.) There is no one “ultimate hero” (main character) because the world is crawling with “heroes” (online player characters) of various merit, based on how many quests they’ve completed and how many NPCs they’ve helped out.
So that’s what I think Bethesda is going to try to do with Fallout 76...make up a story that will provide a backdrop against which a bunch of people can all have the same backstory (exiting Vault 76 after 25 years of shelter from the apocalypse outside) and from there, everyone can scatter and do quests in various settlements/cities in any order they wish and team up for group quests when they feel like it.
That’s all just my speculation. It’s not what I would like from a Fallout game, but I’m going to try to keep an open mind and see how it goes.
Just changed my age in my about me to 24.
Only change to it I do all year.
FMA Brotherhood is 64 episodes of pure awesomeness.
I am coming to realize this. I think I left off around Part 2, Episode 7. And I just. Ahhhh. I quite like it. :)
