HWELL u came to the right place friendo. in no particular order:

i feel like the cacio e pepe thing has been gaining a lil steam among the hipsters lately and with good reason. i’ll add some spinach if im feeling crazy

i do this thing with like caramelized onions and eggs and hot sauce and cheddar cheese? i think it started off a bastardized version of smth actually italian and then i mutated it.

good ol red sauce

so u roast a big sheet pan full of cherry tomatoes, garlic, and onions, mix it into some pasta, and sprinkle a little fresh basil and parmesan on top. revolutionary? quite possibly.
