As I said in my Insta Story, while I love brunching in Vancouver, time and again, Victoria proves to have a better selection of brunch places and food. This is what weekday brunch looks like—smoked fish Benny (tuna and salmon) with pesto hash browns (!!!) and mac and cheese with bacon (on the side), tomato, spinach, garlic in white wine cheese sauce topped with melted havarti cheese. On special at Crows Restaurant September 8th - 15th Perogie Breakfast Hash. Crows recipe perogies with potatoes, cream cheese, bacon, fresh herbs and a dash of siracha (I know not traditional in perogies). We deep fry our perogies, toss them with salsa, cheddar and mozzarella.
