Did you know brunost had been getting more widely popular lately? My mom saw it at Trader Joe's last winter and now I saw an article that it's getting big in South Korea.
I kind of had the feeling! I've been seeing the little red Ski Queen package in more cheese cases, and I know more people who have tried it. Fun that South Korea's been enjoying it -- I'd be interested to see what dishes they're serving up with brunost, or if they treat it like I would, as a charcuterie thing.
