Colgate Optic White

I got the chance to try Colgate's new Optic White Toothbrush that has the whitening pen attached to the toothbrush. Let me tell you how easy it has been to whiten.  You just take the whitening pen out of the bottom of the toothbrush, a couple of clicks, swipe and you're done!  No waiting 30 minutes for whitening strips and no extra gunk from them either.  However, before putting the whitening pen back, you have to make sure you remove the excess product off to prevent any future problems. Thanks Influenster for the opportunity to try it & I certainly recommend it to anyone interested!‪

I love the Colgate Optic White toothbrush and pen! It truly makes your teeth whiter within 2 day! It truly is amazing. It's so simple and easy to do as well. It's very convenient too. It does make your teeth really sensitive though.

Pearly Whites!

A few weeks ago I got an e-mail from Influenster (one of my favs..for obvious reasons!) asking me to take a survey to see if I qualified for a new mission.  I took the questions and figured it had to do with something with dental hygiene..which made me super excited because I'm a little crazy about brushing etc.  Anyway, a week after that I got an e-mail saying I was in!

In my box I got the new Colgate® Optic White™ Toothbrush + Built-In Whitening Pen along with Optic White toothpaste. First, I love their toothpaste..thanks for spare! 

Now on with the toothbrush... the toothbrush is nice, it like engulfs your teeth, so my gums where a little sore after my first use. It'd be nice to see the brush heads in different sizes.

Last but not least, the whole reason this toothbrush is so special, the whitening gel!  I'm an idiot so it took me a little to figure out how to use it (which honestly makes me embarrassed because it is very simple).  It comes in two pieces, the bottom part is the whitening pen.  To push up the gel you have you turn the knob..one turn for the top, one turn for the bottom. Put on your teeth and that's it. That's literally it. When you first put it on it's a little chunky but it like magically disappears.  No need to rinse or spit anything out and I haven't gotten sick yet so I'm assuming whatever I'm ingesting is fine. I really like this idea of having everything at your fingertips, no need to sit with stuff on your teeth for hours..and I did notice a difference in the color of my teeth within three/four days (not the two like they have advertised) but my teeth were pretty sensitive after those three days.  But most of these whitening products do that so for me, it's to be expected. 

  Overall: A product I'd buy again with a few minor tweaks!
