Hello dear. I hope you're doing well today. Your Default replacements are super awesome. I just downloaded the mailbox and I'm having an issue. It's basically the old mailbox from the base game with the textures from your mailbox on them. I'm not sure what I did wrong or if I'm missing something. Can you help me out please?

Hi @brwnsimmer. <3 I have someone else reporting the same issue so I’m gonna take a closer look at it again. It works without any extra steps for me so I’m a little stumped but I’ll investigate. Are you using the Ultimate Collection?

Hi there! I hope you're doing well! I downloaded some of your poses and whenever I try to extract the contents, I can't. Winrar is saying that the archive format is unknown or damaged. It is doing it with all of them. Please help.

I’ve never heard of anyone having issues with them before and I just downloaded them and they still work fine on my side so it could be one of two things as I *have* had this issue before when downloading cc. 

1. Sometimes zips. can become ‘damaged’ if they weren’t downloaded properly, so if you have a network interruption or just an error somewhere along downloading it can cause that (I’ve had it happen to me a few things) and usually redownloading the package works! 

2. Maybe try using 7zip (also free) I know some of my older poses were zipped with 7zip so i’m not sure if that would maybe be causing the issue you’re having? 

I really hope one of the two work but if it’s still happening let me know and I’ll do some digging <3  I hope you have a great day/evening!
