Redrawing an old drawing! In fact, this is Casey's first Christmas in the new timeline, almost immediately after the movie. He had never celebrated Christmas in the traditional sense until that moment.

The relationship between Leo and Wendy is... complicated.

In the beginning, Leo hated Vendy. It seemed to him that Donnie was trying to use her to fill the gap in their family that his actions had created.

A little later, Leo realized that they needed Ven. Needed her to save their brother. Even if HE didn't trust her, she was important to Donnie.

Eventually, Leo accepted Vendy as a new part of their big and slightly weird family. They both love flowers. She heals them after missions. He helps her with language learning. After all, they have no reason to be enemies.

Basic data:

• 18 years old (at the beginning of the plot)

• 188 cm / 6'2 ft

• red eared slider / human (mutant)

A bit of headcanon:

1. Leo's nickname is Jinko (Japanese for "male were-fox"). But more often his enemies simply call him Blue Dog or Laughing Jinko. He is also sometimes called the Ghost.

2. He is a month older than Donnie.

3. He wears a compression knee brace. In the battle with Krang Prime, not only his shell, but also his right leg was especially badly damaged.

4. He carries katanas on his right side.

5. Leo has the most curved claws among his brothers. So he scratches very painfully and strongly. This shape of the claws also helps him climb and sprint (then the claws act like spikes on the shoes of runners).

6. A close friend of Thor and Karkharis. Plays with them in the band "Thunder Brothers" as a guitarist or soloist.

7. This guy is definitely not the leader of the team. Yes, he can gather and organize his brothers, but he prefers the role of strategist.

8. "My plans for the evening — stuffed unicorn, Chinese food and a TV series. I'll go, bye"

9. He is able to spend hours in the bathroom, creating beauty.

10. His knees are always full of fresh abrasions because he constantly “slides” on them on the floor.

11. Leo is a polyglot. In addition to his native English and “turtle” (chirp-chirp language), he knows sign language, Spanish, French, Italian, partially Japanese, and a couple of phrases in Russian, Portuguese, Greek and others.

In general, the idea originated from RiseJuly art challenge. And then I realized that the sketch had turned into a comic. Everything is as usual, in short.

The girl's name is Vendela, she has appeared several times on my blog before. I would show her more often, but I'm a little scared to put my favorite oc x canon ship on display. Maybe I shouldn’t be so worried, but I’m telling it like it is.
