Chuuya time!! Chuuya headcannon!!! Sfw
Chuuya has a belly button piercing. He got it as part of a port mafia hazing ritual, in which Dazai tells newcomers that they have to get a piercing somewhere to join the port mafia.
He didn’t really question it because it’s not that unusual for people to have to do stuff like this to get into gangs or mafia groups; it’s a test of loyalty, and- not that he’d ever admit it out loud- he wanted one for a really long time. Also, Dazai was paying so Chuuya’s broke ass didn’t have to worry about money for once.
He decided to keep it after finding out that it was just a hazing ritual and not a requirement because, why not? He liked it more than he thought he would and it was kinda nice. Only problem was that it wasn’t normally visible with any of his work clothes, and he wasn’t about to wear a crop top to work, even if he was an executive. So he started cross dressing on his days off; he could pass for a girl if he kept his mouth shut, and if he didn’t, fuck it. It’s not like he would see some random stranger on the reg.
He exclusively wore shirts that would show off his piercing whenever he wasn’t at work, especially crop tops and off the shoulder tops. He didn’t really have a preference between jeans and skirts, but he knew after a few attempts that he preferred to wear fabric at least halfway down his thighs and he didn’t like fully showing off his legs. It’s not that he was insecure about them or anything; he just wasn’t in the habit of shaving or waxing, and he wasn’t raised on that habit, so it was easier just to get a few patches of hair off at a time- even if it wasn’t required, he liked it better this way. So whenever he wore miniskirts or short shorts, he would wear thigh high socks with them, or stockings and garters depending on his mood and the weather.
He didn’t have much in the way of jewelry, given how little he got days off, and he got even less days to crossdress, so whenever he went out, he typically went shopping.
Chuuya liked local shops more than chains, so he went to the other side of town in wedges, carrying a purse or a bag more often than not, to shop outside of the tourist trap areas. Sometimes he wore sunglasses to hide his identity, but most times he just decided to wear a different hat than usual and that worked well enough.
Today, he wore a long pink skirt and matching crop top, a sun hat, wedges, and his belly button ring was silver with a pink heart gem. He carried a bag on his shoulder, one that matched his hat and wedges. His lipgloss was slightly darker than he would have liked, but that was okay. He would buy more today, along with a necklace; hopefully silver as well, but a pink gem would work too. He would have to see what the day held.
