It was Fukuchi’s regular sword that stabbed Tachihara, because Fukuchi’s present self sent a signal to his past self, which allowed him to notice Tachihara’s strategy. Henceforth, Fukuchi sent his regular sword to the past such that he could use it to counter Tachihara. The sign T, is exactly the code that he left for himself.
Fukuchi sliced Tachihara’s eyes as by depriving eyesight, Tachihara can no longer control metal freely.
‘Did you mistaken me as a murderer that enjoys killing?’ said Fukuzawa, 'I am Decay of Angels, and you’re not, Tachihara.’
So what are the angels?
In Buddhism, there are six ways of karma (Sanskrit: ṣaḍ-gatīḥ), and they are Deva (Angels), Asura, Human, Tiryagyoni, Preta and Naraka. The Angels were the superior being which they live longer and suffer less than humans, and living in a prestigious life. But here’s a problem. As different from Buddha, the Angels will still experience karma after all. Due to the fact that they live longer than others, they will suffer 16 times more than human beings in hell.
That’s why, Angels must suffer.
So who are the Angels? They are the ones that will never dirt their hands and send other humans to the battlefield. They enjoy and possess all the fame and honour, and hence very greedy. They have control over other’s lives.
In other words, they are the politicians.
Therefore, Fukuchi pledged to use his sword and let them suffer in their decay.
With the assistance of Bram and writing in the back of The Page, The DoA will control half of the country. Now, there are four days left until militaries of various countries are turned into vampires.
Meanwhile, there is chaos in various military organisations. A young prince of the Republic of Nares is also turned into a vampire and bite his bodyguards.
