Preview for the newest unsent letter to Shen Qingqiu, this time featuring Yue Qingyuan!
I have considered his pov from different fics before, but this is the first time I'm giving his full pov. Apart from chapter 15 of btaeim, which was the qijiu chapter, this one was actually easy to knock out of the park!
Just some casual yearning from Zhangmen-shixiong knowing that his soul mate's been dead for awhile, you know? I'll update the new post once I'm done proof-reading
Entering Shang Qinghua's mindset is like opening a can of spaghettios.
May be posted on To You, From The Other Side soon!

Chapter 23 of Between Transmigrators and Esteemed Immortal Masters has been published!
Damn, only took me 7 months later to get there.
(This is a brief wip one-shot that may make it to a future chapter for btaeim)
"So, what are your thoughts on the piece, Yu-ge?" Liu Mingyan casually asked her brother as she nibbled on the remaining pieces of tanghulu on the skewer. She fought to hide her smirk as she observed the steam emitting from his red-tinted ears.
Liu Qingge weakly cleared his throat. He sets his sister's manuscript aside, reaching for the lukewarm cup of tea to aid his parched throat. After draining the remnants of the liquid, he takes another long moment to contemplate his life choices before setting the cup down at last. "Why are you writing content for heathens to consume regarding the pleasures of the flesh?" He finally leads with that, refusing to look at her direction. "More importantly, your manuscript for the plot... the characters are cutsleeve."
A snort escapes the Xian Shu Head Disciple. "Hm, indeed this one wonders why her brother would specifically point out in plain sight that the lovers in this story are, indeed, cutsleeves." She shoots back dryly, setting her empty skewer on the plate. "It's not like this one hasn't noticed someone's foolhardiness when it comes to a certain peak lord that matches his temper perfectly."
The War God blushed harder. "Quiet! What if he can hear us? Why are you even bringing this up now?" Liu Qingge yelps, finally sparing his younger sister an embarrassed look.
Comically, Liu Mingyan checked the surroundings of the tea shop they were in. Seeing that there was a distinct absence of rich green robes with an aloof air of coolness, the younger Liu sibling scowled at her brother. "Shen-shibo isn't here. Besides, you both are hopeless. If you tell me one more time that he doesn't look interested even in the slightest when it comes to you-"
"Stop mentioning his name out loud!" Liu Qingge cries, covering his fully-reddened flesh in embarrassment. Can someone remind the War God why he even bothered to admit to his little sister how he really felt about Shen Jiu? He rifles through his qiankun pouch furiously, slapping a silencing talisman on the table to muffle their conversation in public. Not that it really mattered when it was just them and the tea makers in the shop at the moment. "I don't understand why you think it's a helpful idea to keep writing stories about us when I can't muster the strength to- to tell him-" He stuttered helplessly, unable to finish his sentence.
"That you like him?" Liu Mingyan ends his sentence helpfully, shooting him a baleful stare. "Yu-ge, it's been years. You both haven't tried to kill each other that much besides the peak lord meetings. Shen-gege only reacts the way he does because you rile him up. But I can tell in plain sight that he really likes you in his own way. Call him prickly and insolent all you want, but he wouldn't have let you stay in his personal space if he knew he couldn't handle you."
Heyyyyy, who wants to read some liujiu crumbs?
It's set in the btaeim-verse!

Heeeeeey, I have a new update for my btaeim side piece! Featuring a new unsent letter, courtesy of the one and only Shang Qinghua!
Chapter 23 wip for btaeim! We're definitely making progress after months of hiatus bc of life shit
Master Airplane, perhaps you should exercise control of your free will. Your scum villain is already crying at the reality of being back in his old world and you're out here casually airing out the fact he has his own unreleased fanfiction from you
