One thing I like about Horrorvale is that a lot of the female characters there (and I'm saying this in the most endearing way possible) kind of Suck

They can be rude, cold, obnoxious etc. They're allowed to be flawed people and they don't have to "make up" for their flaws by taking up more traditionally feminine traits or feminine roles.

I'm not even talking about antagonists. I'm talking about your party members, characters who you're going to spend most of the game with. They're just Like That and there's nothing you can do about it. (awesome, incredible)
